Auburn University's Masters of Landscape Architecture, alongside Abra Lee, author of "Conquer the Soil", has been invited to design and install an exhibition garden at the 2022 PHS Philadelphia Flower Show in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This garden is intended to be an interpretation (a celebration) of the writings of Effie Lee Newsome, a nature poet and Harlem Renaissance writer.
